Patriot’s Custom Wheels (DBA, DBA has the following cancellation, refund, and return policy:


Once the customer pays a down payment in full or in part the funding commitment is locked in, the contract/paperwork is overnighted/electronically mailed to the customer and the wheels/tires are ordered, mounted and balanced and paid for by our company.

When the customer returns contract/paperwork in the enclosed prepaid overnight package/electronic envelope the wheels/tires are quality control double-checked, wrapped, padded and boxed and shipped UPS ground to our customer with adult signature required for delivery. Should a customer decide to cancel prior to shipping at any point after the down payment is paid and the mounting and balancing of the product is done, there will be 20% restocking fee and whatever down payment has been made will be forfeited and applied to the 20% restocking fee.


Patriot’s Custom Wheels reserves the right to cancel this transaction at any time for any reasons and refund any down payment made by said customer less a $75 fee to cover the costs of electronic overnight packages, credit report and processing fees. Please be advised that refunds (if due) take 7 to 15 days to process from date of cancellation.


Once the tires have been mounted on the wheels and shipped to the customer under no conditions can the product be returned except in the rare case where the customer or installer (PRIOR TO THE PRODUCT BEING DRIVEN ON) detects a legitimate defect or misfitment. In that case, once the defect/misfitment is verified a return merchandise authorization (RMA) is issued and the merchandise will be picked up by UPS and replaced with defect-free and or corrected fitment.

Once the wheels/tires are driven on there will be no cancellation, returns or refunds.
